What We Don't Do

Data Retention

Active: Data retained while subscribed
Canceled: 90 days after cancellation, then deleted
Samples: Email and business info retained up to 1 year
Deletion: Email us — we'll delete within 30 days

Email Communications

Subscribers get daily briefings (Mon–Fri) and occasional account updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Free sample recipients receive exactly one email. We comply with CAN-SPAM.

Your Rights

You can access, correct, delete, or export your data at any time. Email hello@contact.morningcoffeebrief.com for any data requests.

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes are communicated via email to active subscribers.
