Morning Coffee Brief ("MCB," "we," "our") provides AI-powered daily marketing intelligence briefings delivered via email to local business owners ("you," "subscriber"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Monthly plan: $49/month. Annual plan: $470/year.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
- You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
3. What You Get
- Monday–Friday daily briefings delivered at approximately 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
- Each briefing includes: review insights, competitor analysis, ready-to-post content ideas, action items, and local market signals.
- Access to a web dashboard to view past briefings and manage your account.
- One business profile with up to 3 tracked competitors per subscription.
4. AI-Generated Content
Briefings are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance:
- Content is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional marketing, legal, or financial advice.
- Competitor data is based on publicly available information and AI analysis — it may not reflect real-time changes.
- Review response drafts are suggestions. Always review and customize before posting.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from following briefing recommendations.
5. Acceptable Use
- One subscription = one business. Do not share login credentials.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or republish briefing content as your own product.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download briefings.
- Do not provide false business information to manipulate briefing content.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or request excessive refunds. Terminated accounts will not be billed further.
7. Limitation of Liability
MCB is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on briefing content.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
