Morning Coffee Brief ("MCB") provides AI-powered daily marketing intelligence briefings delivered via email to local business owners. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

Monthly: $49/month  ·  Annual: $470/year (save $118)

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.

Cancel anytime through your dashboard or by contacting support. Your briefings continue until the end of your billing period.

Monday–Friday briefings at approximately 7:00 AM Pacific, including review insights, competitor analysis, ready-to-post content ideas, action items, and local market signals.

Web dashboard access to view past briefings and manage your account. One business profile with up to 3 tracked competitors per subscription.

Briefings are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance:

• Content is informational — not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice
• Competitor data is based on publicly available information and may not reflect real-time changes
• Review response drafts are suggestions — always customize before posting
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes

• One subscription = one business. Don't share login credentials.
• Don't resell, redistribute, or republish briefing content as your own product
• Don't use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download briefings
• Don't provide false business information to manipulate content

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or request excessive refunds. Terminated accounts will not be billed further.

MCB is provided "as is." We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
